Director of Restoration

Reporting to the CEO, this pivotal role will spearhead the Society’s world-class restoration program, ensuring alignment with the Blueberry River Implementation Agreement. The Director will finalize, operationalize, and implement a 10-year restoration framework, including establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and mechanisms for responsible fund allocation, monitoring, and evaluation, to advance the Society’s strategic priorities.

Cultural Coordinator

Reporting to the CEO, the Cultural Coordinator will lead efforts to promote, plan, and facilitate engagement and culturally-based activities for the BRFN community. This includes fostering cultural safety, awareness, and revitalization within the Society and its projects, while strengthening relationships between staff, contractors, and the community. The successful candidate will work closely with BRFN’s Cultural Department, Elders, youth, members, and Knowledge Keepers to ensure alignment with community goals and cultural protocols.
